Win O R S, Bank Financial Statement Analysis with Pro Forma…

Step One: Start Win O R S.   Additionally, open a Microsoft Word document. If this is the first Word document for this assignment, then start Word by use of the Windows Start menu. If you have previously created a Word document then you must open the document by using the following Win O R S menu tree:. Solution.. Open M-S Word document…

Step Two. Select the menu sequence:. Applications. Finance Methods. Financial Statements. Load Template.

Step Three.  The Complete List of Banks dialog box appears. Be sure to enter your password.  Sort the list by clicking on a column title. The sort is a toggle between ascending and descending.  Choose one firm by highlighting the row.  Accept all other defaults.  Click on O-K to continue.

Step Four. Review the analysis.  See the full help file for detailed descriptions of each section.

Step Five. Create a Pro Forma statement by executing the following menu sequence:. Applications. Finance Methods. Financial Statements. Pro Forma. Create.  Constant Growth.  Accept all default settings. Click on O-K.

Step Six.  Continue the analysis.   View diagnostic charts. Choose the menu sequence: Charts. Diagnostics. Finance Methods. Financial Statements. Industrial.  Select desired chart and click on O-K.

Step Seven. If necessary, remove the Pro Forma years. Choose the menu sequence: Charts. Diagnostics. Finance Methods. Financial Statements. Pro Forma. Remove.

Step Eight: If you have completed your analysis, print the results to the attached Word document. then go to step ten.

Step Nine: If you wish to analyze additional firms you may do so on the same tab or on a different tab. Select the desired tab and then go back to step two…

Step Ten:  Save, edit, and close all documents and applications.
