There are several data transformation techniques available
to correct for the non-constant variance problem. WinORS supports the automatic generation of the Weighted Ordinary
Least Squares solution. After the last
OLS application, WinORS automatically creates a new file with the adjusted
data. Follow the menu tree: /SC
Weighted OLS. The data from the last
OLS solution is the only data in the file.
Simply open the file and solve using the Application menu selection.
